About SSAI Header

Sigma Services was founded in 1987 by Jeanne B. Weaver in Huntsville and incorporated in the state of Alabama. The company was started as a broad based, problem solving company with a flexible management structure. The first management challenge faced by SSAI was to provide professional services tailored to clients' needs while permitting flexible employee work schedules. From the start, work schedules were tailored to meet family demands, continuing educational pursuits, and consulting desires to allow engineers and scientists to balance professional and personal objectives.

In 1996 the company changed its name to Sigma Services of America, Inc., (SSAI) to better reflect its growing diversification and expanding opportunities. While the majority of the business is graphic design, the corporation has expanded into different commercial areas including matting and framing, graphic design, conference management, and retail entrepreneurship (gift baskets and collectible gift items).

SSAI's goal is to provide quality, professional services tailored to meet clients' needs. Once task milestones are determined, coordination meetings are held to layout task requirements, set scheduling, and assign staff responsibilities. Addressed at these meetings are outside employee commitments which are always taken into consideration for any task assignment. Employee dedication and loyalty are at the heart of the success of SSAI.
